PHOTO: Aivo Oskis presents a video of the song “Dive Deep” with ambition

Acoustic musical performances at the presentation were given by the young and talented singer Denijs Grieze, Signija Taraņenko from the group “Carnelian”, musician Edgars Kreilis and singer Sabīne Berezina, accompanied by guitarist Kristens Kupčs and cachon Mārcis Briška. Later, Oskis also performed the songs “Somebody’s Got My Lover” and “Dive Deep”, but then the new video was shown on the big screen for the first time.

The author and director of the video idea for the song “Dive Deep” is Marija Migliniece, the cameraman is Raitis Lapāns. The main roles in the clip are played by Aivo and dancer Terēze Knauere. The song was arranged by music producer Rassell (Ruslan Kuksinovich). The filming took place for three days in different places – “Kalnciems Hedgehog in the Mist”, where shots were taken in a tram, in a beautiful apartment in the quiet center of Riga, in the Jurmala Winter Light Park and in the Light Park of the University of Latvia Botanical Garden.

The message of Dive Deep is an encouragement not to be afraid of a new relationship if the previous ones have failed. Aivo believes that heartache is also worth it, and only by not being afraid and revealing how you feel, it is possible to meet the real, only one. “No matter how difficult it may seem, if the relationship fails, we learn something new about ourselves and life in general. Such experiences allow us to change our attitude towards certain things, but we should not be afraid to start a new relationship, because fear prevents us from enjoying it to the fullest. It is fear that becomes the reason why a relationship breaks down. The same idea can be applied to friendship and, in fact, any new daring, ”says Aivo.
