Following the state of California’s lawsuit against Activision Blizzard for several cases of workplace and sexual harassment, Phil Spencer referred to this problem on social media and expressed solidarity with the victims.

“I want to share my personal support for all the people who have suffered sexual harassment or discrimination. I see you. I’m with you”, The head of Xbox posted on his Twitter account.

Statements that come after knowing more cases of harassment in the company, in which its employees assure that in Lactation rooms men could enter and stay watching, as well as denials of medical permits and the installation of cameras in the bathrooms.
To these are added those that were established within the lawsuit, in which the case of a female worker who committed suicide after suffering sexual harassment on a business trip by one of his bosses, who had photos of him after a party.
All this has triggered a strike at the Activision Blizzard facilities, as well as the response of its managers who promised to improve current conditions and hear these types of complaints, despite rejecting those made in the lawsuit.
