Pernik’s prosecutor’s office excludes only one version of Alexander’s absence

The end of the search does not mean the end of the investigation, and the Pernik prosecutor’s office continues to work on more than one version of what happened to 12-year-old Alexander.

Yesterday the volunteers found the child in a wooded and inaccessible area after a 9 day search. The only version we can rule out is the most serious: for murder, as Alexander was found alive, the prosecutor’s office explained. Prosecutors and investigators have not received any reports of the whereabouts of the minor.

There is no flagship version. Specialized psychologists will help with some questions, since due to his autism diagnosis, Alexander does not speak.

For the moment no signs of violence were found on the body, and are waiting for the coroner’s visit from the prosecutor’s office. It is the doctors who must confirm whether his physical conditions correspond to a nine-day stay outdoors and without treatment, food and water.

The clothes were confiscatedwith which the child was found, are also subject to examination.

Information about the investigation was provided this morning by the head of the district prosecutor’s office, Pernik Albena Stoilova.

Alexander’s mother is not in Bulgaria yet. She stated the attitude to come but after the search was over.
