People who exercise in the morning are less likely to have heart disease and stroke

Many studies have emerged that show how important exercise is for the body. Exercise plays an important role in following a healthy lifestyle. There are those who exercise frequently. Some find the time to exercise in the morning, while others find it convenient in the evening. Now comes a study that makes morning jocks happy. The study says that those who exercise in the morning have a lower risk of heart disease and stroke.

The study was published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology. Gali Albalak, who participated in the study, said that everyone knows that exercise is good for the body, but morning exercise has been found to be more effective.

According to Gali Albalak, the study findings were more pronounced in women. The study was organized on the basis of data from the UK Biobank. 86,657 people were used for the study. They were between forty-two and seventy-eight years old. 58% of them were women. At the start of the study, there were no heart disease related issues. The duration of the study was six to eight years. Of these, 2,911 cases of coronary heart disease and 796 cases of stroke were recorded. Those who exercised in the morning had relatively fewer heart disease and strokes.

In the second observation of the study, the researchers divided the participants into four groups. The groups were formed according to their daily sports activities during the early morning (5 to 8), 8 to 11, afternoon and evening. The study found that those who exercised between 5 and 8 a.m. had an 11 percent lower risk of disease, and those who exercised between 8 and 11 a.m. had a 16 percent lower risk.

The researchers say the study shares the importance of increasing sports activities, including exercise, in the morning.

These can be observed before exercise
