(PLO)- On the evening of September 2, thousands of people flocked to two points, Bach Dang Wharf and Dam Sen Park, to watch fireworks on the occasion of September 2.
Although the new program took place at 9pm, a large number of people gathered in the city center very early. Everyone wants to find a beautiful place to watch the fireworks to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the National Day.
