On Friday, September 22 at 6:00 p.m., the Information Warehouse will be filled with music, emotion and memories in the eighth edition of the Peña Hugo Giménez Agüero. This annual event, which pays tribute to the greatest representative of Santa Cruz folk music, Hugo Giménez Agüero, became a beloved tradition for music and culture lovers of the region.
La Peña Hugo Giménez Agüero has a long history dating back to 2016. During 2020 and 2021, the event did not stop and found its way into the virtual world, demonstrating the strength and resilience of culture in difficult times.
The heart of the Peña is folk music, and for this event guest artists, as well as relatives of Hugo Giménez Agüero, have gathered to share his memory through music, art and gastronomy where attendees will have the opportunity to Enjoy regional products that will enhance the experience.
