For the past month, a quarter of the beds in the pediatric department at the Montluçon-Néris hospital have been closed due to the lack of doctors. Faced with this delicate situation, thehe service personnel have decided to act in their own way.
Since yesterday, a video has been put online, via the Youtube platform in particular. The goal is to encourage pediatricians to join the hospital. We see parents bringing in their sick children… With an underlying question: what will happen if the lack of doctors worsens? The video ends with this SOS launched by children “We need you”.
In 24 hours, the video has already been viewed more than 2,000 times.
