On Saturday, September 11, in the village of Pogreby in the Kiev region, Vitaly Pisants, a judge of the Pechersk District Court of the capital, was found dead. That evening, the man was resting in a friend’s house, where a conflict occurred while drinking alcohol.
The 53-year-old official allegedly fell and died; no traces of violence were found on his body. About it OBOZREVATEL became known from our own sources.
The police received information about the incident at about 23:00. Pisantsa was found unconscious in a house at 6 Centralnaya Street in Cellars of Brovarsky District. It belongs to a retired military pensioner P. Onopenko, who has an invalid lawyer’s certificate.
It is noted that Khomenko E., an investigator of the Solomenskiy RUE GUNP in Kiev, also rested in the company. Men drank alcohol, then a sudden conflict arose between him and the judge during which the latter inflicted bodily harm on Khomenko.

It is emphasized that after this the Scribe tripped over a vase and fell to the floor. His comrades helped him, but they could not save him. Realizing that he was dead, they called an ambulance.
According to law enforcement officers, the body of the judge was found in the living room of the house in a prone position. Visible traces of brown color were visible on the man’s face in the area of the nose and on the man’s T-shirt.
However, according to OBOZREVATEL sources, there were no traces of violence on the body of Pisants, he was sent for examination. It is possible that the man’s blood clot came off.

At the scene, an investigative and operational group of the Brovary RUP GUNP in the Kiev region, specialists from the State Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Internal Security worked. The case will be investigated by the RRB.
What is known about Vitaly Pisants
According to the portal “Honestly”, from 1998 to 2011 Vitaly Anatolyevich Pisanets was a judge of the Sverdlovsk city court of the Luhansk region (since 2003 he was elected to the position of judge for an unlimited period). In 2011, he was appointed head of this court.
July 22, 2012 unidentified beat Pisanets… He was admitted to the hospital with a skull fracture and severe hemorrhage. It was noted that the reason was his “professional activity”.
In 2015, by presidential decree, Pisants was transferred to the Pechersk District Court of Kiev.
