This is also a form of protest against the burning of the party’s flag during a demonstration in Jakarta some time ago.
The Chairman of the Bantul Regency PDIP DPC, Joko Purnomo, said that today hundreds of party cadres gathered following the covid-19 protocol, to consolidate and carry out the flag march.
“We strengthen and strengthen the ranks to the bottom level according to the instructions of the Chairperson of the Chairwoman, Megawati Sukarnoputri,” Joko said in his statement on Saturday (6/27).
The action was carried out while maintaining the health discipline in accordance with the covid-19 protocol.
Hundreds of cadres involved moved towards the South Ring, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Finally, the masses gathered again to strengthen the consolidation at the DPC office in Bantul Regency.
