Pavement tile thrown from bridge through the windshield of a car | Inland

The incident happened on Lozerlaan. The paving stone was thrown from an iron bicycle and pedestrian bridge, between Escamplaan and Loosduinse Hoofdstraat. The driver, a 40-year-old from The Hague, already drove her car in the direction of Kijkduin at about 2.45 pm when the tile went through the window “with a huge blow”.

The woman was checked by paramedics, but escaped unscathed. The police are “urgently looking for witnesses” and are calling on them to come forward.
