American Idol having acted as a judge Paula Abdulin61, the legal team throws new evidence on the table, the producer of the program Nigel Lythgoenia, 74, against. Abdul sued the producer for sexual assault and harassment in December. Lythgoe has denied the allegations.

Now Abdul’s lawyer, Melissa Eubanks, tells TMZ that they have the sexually explicit messages sent by Lythgoe. According to Eubanks, in the messages in question, the producer, among other things, asks Abdul to make love to him. Eubanks claims that Abdul did not respond, and the man said in his message that he interpreted this silence as a sign of acquiescence.

Lythgoe has also claimed to have evidence of love emails sent by Abdul. According to the producer’s legal team, among other things, Abdul called the man a heartthrob in his messages and said he loved him.

Abdul’s legal team claims that Lythgoe is referring to emails in which the woman was merely trying to boost the man’s ego with positive messages. According to them, the messages may have seemed like messages of admiration, even though they were not.

The legal team emphasizes that this is something many women have to go through with men who abuse their power.

– He controlled Abdul’s career and he knew it, says Eubanks.

According to Abdul’s legal team, Lythgoe is trying to incriminate Abdul with his claims.

Abdul claims in his lawsuit that the producer sexually harassed and assaulted him on both American Idol and Dance if you can during the filming of the programs. According to Abdul, Lythgoe had, among other things, forcibly kissed her and convulsed her intimate areas. Abdul also says that he saw the producer scolding his own assistant.

Lythgoe himself has called Abdul’s claims false and vowed not to give up the legal battle easily.
