They met for the third time this year, and the weather was on their side as it rained all day on Saturday, but on Sunday they were able to enjoy their cars in bright sunshine. People from Békéscsaba and Győr also came to the event, but the locals were also represented. The motorists did not arrive empty-handed either, in the summer they supported the Törpi Bölcsi kölyok kitten and bird rescue association led by Angéla Szepessy Lócsy. The sponsor of the end-of-year meeting was the Szent Pantaleon Hospital-Surgery in Dunaújváros.
– The members of our community consider it very important that when we meet, we always do it for a good cause. This year’s first meeting, which we held in May, was about getting to know each other, so that we can finally talk not only in the virtual space – István Varga from Dunaújváros, who is a pillar member of the community and an active participant in the meeting, told our newspaper.
– At the meeting in May, a real family atmosphere prevailed, many people came from many parts of the country. The donation also went very well, the Törpi Bölcsi cat rescue organization was enriched with enough canned goods and food for several weeks – continues István Varga.
– Our year-end meeting was just as successful as the previous one. We made a donation box and the amount of money offered could be thrown into it. The day was spent with friendly conversations, admiring each other’s cars, and taking photos together.
