Looking for a trusted person for extracurricular activities

We are parents who are starting to be overwhelmed by our new daily life.
In order to bring more rest and calm to our children, we would need someone who is:
brings and picks up our children + end of day schedule at home.
Or simply who will pick up the children + have evening activities.
We live next to the school and next to our nanny. Possibility of going there on foot, less than 1 km. Near the Mediterranean stadium.
Our children are 15 months and 3 and a half years old.
