During the afternoon of this Sunday, the Christmas Festival featured the presentation of the Grupo México Symphonic Band of Santa Bárbara, which kicked off the gastronomic exhibition organized by the Municipal Youth Institute.
Dozens of people went to the Plaza de la Identidad, where they enjoyed the sale of typical foods offered by local vendors.
The Grupo México Symphony performed some musical pieces, which gave a small demonstration to the attendees and people traveling in their vehicles through the Historic Center.
The head of the Municipal Youth Institute, Cesar Chávez, mentioned that the young people of the Symphony performed some pieces, which were liked by the attendees.
This is because the people who, like every Sunday, go to the public space, enjoyed a moment of music and also enjoyed the food that the local vendors offered, as well as the Christmas Village installed in the place.
“It was a pleasant time, there was a good response from the citizens since, from the Main Plaza, they came to the Plaza de la Identidad to listen to these talented young people,” said Cesar Chávez Hernández, in charge of Imjuve.
As for the gastronomic exhibition, it is about bakeries and typical foods of the city, which will be there throughout the day today, so the interviewee invited people to attend the heart of the city.
