Parliamentary parties have given green to death, not protection

The president of the National Council for Combating Discrimination (CNCD), Csaba Asztalos, criticized the fact that the parliament did not quickly adopt the bill that stipulates the compulsory green certificate at work.

He claims in an interview for the publication Maszol that the fourth wave of the pandemic, which caused the greatest loss of life, could have been prevented if parliament had passed the law in the summer. The head of CNCD said that the bill is neither unconstitutional nor discriminatory.

“Parliamentary parties have given green to death, not protection,” Csaba Asztalos said.

He explained that only in the last part of November the project will enter the vote in the Chamber of Deputies, after the Senate failed in its adoption.

“Parliament cannot put science in parentheses, it is beyond its powers,” said Csaba Asztalos, adding that there is clear evidence from the World Health Organization, the EU Center for Disease Control and the INSP. (Sursa Photo: Facebook / Csaba Asztalos)
