In his ‘own’ Vlaardingen, the seriously weakened and paralyzed clown Bassie is offered a real parade as a gift from Bassie & Adriaan cars and caravans that are still moving. The sad news is that, especially on this holiday, his brother Aad can’t be there… also because of health problems.
