Panic in Ukraine. The Russians entered the last fortress from the Luhansk region

The horror in Ukraine continues.

Rocket fire on residential buildings and commercial sites early in the morning in Kyiv, one was killed and six were injured, local authorities said. According to them, the missiles were at least 40.

The roof and the top floor of the nine-storey building have been partially destroyed.

Among the injured is a 7-year-old girl, Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, in the attack the Russians used long-range missiles fired by bombers over the Russian Astrakhan region – more than 1,000 kilometers from Kyiv, added the BNR.

Moscow commented that the apartment building was hit by Ukrainian air defenses, and Russian missiles were aimed at a military plant.

In its daily summary, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced strikes with “high-precision” missiles on training camps of the Ukrainian army in Chernihiv, Zhytomyr and Lviv regions.

A bridge over the Dnieper River near the Cherkasy regional center was also hit. At least one person was killed and five others were injured in the crash. It is not reported whether the strategic bridge is still usable.

A day after capturing Severodonetsk, the Russians announced that they had entered the industrial zone of neighboring Lisichansk, the last city in the Luhansk region that is still under Ukrainian control.

Thousands are fleeing the city of Lisichansk after Ukraine lost control of neighboring Severodonetsk, which is where the focus of the Russian offensive is, Nova TV reports.

Elderly people who until recently refused to leave their homes were literally deported from Lisichansk. They say life in the city has become impossible under constant Russian shelling and bombing.
