The Republic of Côte d’Ivoire has requested a loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB) to cover the cost of the ELECTRICAL SYSTEM STRENGTHENING AND ACCESS TO ELECTRICAL STRENGTH PROJECT (PROSER), and ” intends to use part of the amounts to be granted under this loan to finance, and intends to use part of the funds granted under this loan to make authorized payments under the service contract relating to the loan. ” audit of the procurements of the PROSER Project for fiscal years 2019 and 2020.
