Over a Million People Request Mail-in Voting for Regional and Municipal Elections, a 5% Increase from 2019

More than a million people have requested to vote by mail for the upcoming regional and municipal elections on May 28, according to Correos, the Spanish postal service. Of these requests, 827,962 were made in person at post offices, while 254,068 were made electronically.
