Equipment in deteriorating condition will be replaced and the life cycle of other equipment will be improved. The current water clarifier will be replaced by two new units, while work will be done on the walls, roof, floor slabs and frame, to prevent structural damage and accommodate the new clarifiers. A new control system will also be installed.
