The Italian government has quarantined several cities.

TheItaly already has “more than 100 cases” of new coronavirus, the president of the northern Lombardy region said on SkyTG24 on Sunday, who called for “increased border controls”.
“There are 89 people infected in Lombardy, including a young one in Valtellina (mountainous area, note),” said Attilio Fontana in this interview, adding that “at national level we are above 100”.
