Extend the measures, Dpcm towards the slip – There are two hypotheses on the table of Palazzo Chigi: the first is to launch, on Wednesday, the decree-frame, with the extension of the state of emergency, and the consequent Dpcm; the second is that of a “bridge” Dpcm that arrives at 15 October, the deadline for the current state of emergency. The two hypotheses are linked to the vote of the House on the majority resolution, after today’s postponement. The final decision will only be made on Wednesday morning. On one point, qualified government sources say they are certain: “There will be no measures other than those announced by Minister Speranza in the Chamber”.

Mask always with you – The obligation to always carry the mask with you when you leave the house and the possibility for the government to have its mandatory use even outdoors. This is also what the draft of the law decree provides, which will provide the regulatory framework for the new anti-Covid Dpcm. In fact, Article 1 provides for “the obligation to always have with you, outside your home, personal protective equipment, with the possibility of providing for the mandatory use even outdoors when you are close to other non-cohabiting people, and in any case with the safeguarding of the anti-contagion protocols envisaged for specific economic and productive activities, as well as the guidelines for the consumption of food and drinks “. Children under the age of six, those who do physical activity and those with pathologies and disabilities not compatible with the use of the mask are excluded from the obligation.

Heavy fines for those who violate quarantine and premises that do not comply with the rules – Sanctions from 500 to 5 thousand euros and arrest from 3 to 18 months: these are the heavy penalties provided for in the draft of the Dpcm for those who violate the quarantine. We return to “phase 1” when the violation of home isolation provided for the complaint for “culpable epidemic”. But even the places that do not enforce health regulations are at great risk: fines from 400 to a thousand euros in addition to the closure of the business from 5 to 30 days.
