By her own admission, Kata Baffi has always been attracted to extreme adventures, and although she has had high mountain experiences before, she was not sure that she should go to Island Peak, a mountain in the Himalayas that stretches over six thousand meters. Then the last Christmas brought him two signs, which made the decision easier. After the preparation, Kata packed the necessary equipment and set off. Of course, it was far from that simple.
