original meals along a bisse, …

In Crans-Montana, summer combines gastronomic flavors and escape into nature. Several such concepts are offered during the season.

This Saturday, July 25, Food & bisse, one of the two meetings of the Ephemeral Tables will take place along the bisse du Tsitorret, during a walk punctuated by gourmet breaks, (10 francs per person at each stop), food of high quality concocted by renowned chefs in the region, who showcase local products.

The second episode will be held on August 9, with an ephemeral Food & Nature Table, which will transform the rue du Prado into a real oasis. Here too, renowned chefs will take to the stoves to create a seven-course menu and a food and wine pairing.

Another proposal, the Floating Table takes place throughout the summer, until September 15, at the La Plage restaurant. The experience consists of tasting a menu on Lake Moubra, installed on a sort of floating terrace. The meal is served for a group of two to five people and it takes place from Wednesday to Sunday. You can register up to 48 hours in advance.

The suspended breakfast is also a sensation. It is taken in the Funitel cabin, between Violettes and Plaine Morte: 45 minutes of travel with a breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks, while tasting its croissant, and with the possibility of getting off at one of the stops. To be tested from July 25 to September 6.
