At the same time, he added that Europe missed the chance to peacefully resolve the conflict back in 2014. According to him, Russia now does not want to sit down at the negotiating table with the EU, but expects this from the United States.
“Russia wants security guarantees, so there will be peace only if there are Russian-American negotiations,” the Hungarian prime minister stressed.
