According to the Ministry of Health, Kirovograd was added to the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Ternopil and Cherkasy regions. The dynamics of hospitalization of patients with COVID there increased to 64.5%, which is higher than the target of 50%.

Note that in the “orange” zone there are restrictions on the “yellow” one, but at their discretion, additional restrictions may be introduced by local authorities.
As for the restrictions of the “yellow” zone, it prohibits full-time education in the upper grades, if the school does not have enough vaccinated workers. In addition, restrictions are imposed on the operation of catering establishments, cinemas, gyms and fitness centers. They do not apply if the establishment serves the vaccinated against COVID and itself has 80% of the vaccinated employees.
