The Oppo Reno Ace 2 is further revealed thanks to a TENAA certification, the Chinese certification body. The opportunity to discover part of its technical sheet, accompanied by some visuals. Among the good surprises, the presence of a Soc Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 and Android 10.

Oppo is doing well and continues to diversify. In early March, the manufacturer launched Reno, a new brand of smartphones aimed at young people. In the process, Oppo had teased on Weibo (the Chinese equivalent of Twitter) the very first device signed Reno. A launch date scheduled for April 10 and just some technical information and that’s it.
While waiting for more details on this mysterious smartphone, our colleagues from the GSM Arena site inform us that a certain Oppo Reno Ace 2 has just surfaced via certifications from TENAA, the Chinese certification body. A perfect opportunity to learn more about this new smartphone, visuals supported.
Thus, the Oppo Reno Ace 2 is equipped with a octo-core processor clocked at 2.8 GHz, which could resemble a Snapdragon 865. The device works under Android 10 and will be offered in two models: one version 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB internal memory, and another with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB of storage space.

At the level of the screen, there is a slab 6.5 inch AMOLED in Full HD + definition, which also houses a fingerprint reader. Let’s finish the tour of the front by mentioning the selfie sensor in punch of 16 MP located in the upper left corner. As for the rear side, the Oppo Reno Ace 2 is equipped with a quadruple photo sensor, composed of a main sensor of 48 MP, a second of 8 MP then two modules of 2 MP.
As our colleagues at GSM Arena assume, this 8 MP sensor could well be an ultra wide-angle lens, while the two additional sensors could be macro and dedicated to depth of field sensors. No sign however of the good 13 MP telephoto lens first Oppo Reno Ace.
Still according to TENAA documents, the Oppo Reno Ace 2 will take over the 5G dual-mode and will be offered in three different colors: black, blue, and purple. Finally last information, the smartphone would be equipped with a battery of 4000 mAh, and could take advantage of Oppo’s fast home charging technology, the SuperVOOC 2.0 65W, as well as 40W wireless charging.
