“Operation Safe Neighborhood to Target Conflictive Colonies in Aguascalientes”

The head of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat, Antonio Martínez Romo, specified that only in the last patrol work carried out in neighborhoods and subdivisions such as: Lomas del Ajedrez, Emiliano Zapata, Villa Taurina, Reencuentro, El Cerrito, IV Centenario, Ojo de Agua, Colonia México, Villa Las Palmas, among others, it was possible to arrest a total of 202 peoplewhen they are caught committing, in most cases, administrative offenses.

In detail, Martínez Romo explained that the actions of the program “Safe Neighborhood” They allowed the apprehension of 193 people for administrative offenses and nine more people presumed responsible for common order crimes, adding up to the capture of 202 people in the last 24 hours.

Finally, the Municipal Public Security Secretary announced that the operation “Safe Neighborhood” will continue to be carried out 24 hours a day and will intensify the night of Friday and Saturday throughout the municipal territory, both in the city and in the communities to preserve the peace and tranquility of the inhabitants of the capital municipality.
