The reason? The availability of doses and the schedule of future deliveries. For Pfizer vaccines, it seems easier to have a precise calendar of arrivals, however substantial, than for AstraZeneca. Hence the decision to focus on the first drug. In some vaccination centers, patients have been immunized for a few days with the most available preparation, compatibly with the health conditions of the citizen.
