Voting started on 2/7 and ended at 3:00 pm on 2/8. The results of the support vote on the “Sanli News Network” website are: Foxconn founder Guo Taiming 25%, former Kaohsiung mayor Han Guoyu 23%, New Taipei mayor Hou Youyi 19%, Sun Wen School principal Zhang Yazhong 13%, KMT chairman Zhu Lilun 11%, Zhao Shaokang, chairman of Zhongguang 5%, 3% unknown.
“Sanli News Network” YouTube ChannelMore than 20,000 netizens voted online. The results are: New Taipei Mayor Hou Youyi 43%, Hon Hai founder Guo Taiming 36%, former Kaohsiung Mayor Han Kuo-yu 14%, Kuomintang Chairman Zhu Lilun 4%, Zhongguang Chairman Zhao Shaokang 4%.
