Jairo Antonio Melo Flórez from CUAIEED will act as the moderator of the event together with Augusto Domínguez Pérez-Tejada, director of the DGDC, who I consider to be a relevant and fun course that addresses a fascinating topic, where attendees will learn. He stressed that, from the title, it evokes something that has happened to all of us and confronts this legend that antibiotics cure everything. “The course is going to clarify a lot of things for us about this,” he said.
Guadalupe Miranda Novales, from the FM, indicated that the course is dedicated to educationnot only of health professionals, but of the general public “There is a large amount of material for professionals to develop within their fields and with this the prescription is improved,” he added.
In the same way, he maintained that there are also examples of situations that we have all experienced, such as when we eat something that we do not like. “All of these really common situations have a consequence, a collateral damage that we’re not seeing directly,” he noted.
The course is divided into four weeks and five hours and can be consulted on the site: https://www.coursera.org/learn/antibioticos.
