‘OnePlus 8T gets 120Hz OLED screen and different camera set-up than OP8’ – Tablets and phones – News

The OnePlus 8T would have a 120Hz OLED screen, where the current model OnePlus 8 has a 90Hz OLED screen. That claims Android Central. The camera set-up of the new phone also differs from the current model.

It’s alright according to a source from Android Central still has a 6.55 “screen as on the OnePlus 8, but with the higher refresh rate. That is in line with last year, when the manufacturer also increased the refresh rate: the OnePlus 7T has a 90Hz screen, while the OnePlus 7 received a 60Hz screen earlier that year.

The 8T will get another 48-megapixel camera as its primary camera, according to the site, but it would be a newer model. There is a camera with an ultra-wide angle lens of 16 megapixels and a macro camera of 5 megapixels. The fourth camera is only a depth sensor for portrait mode.

The phone should also come out with Android 11 as one of the first smartphones with the new operating system. The soc is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. OnePlus is scheduled to release the 8T by the end of this month or early next month. A render of the 8T already appeared in OnePlus’ own software.
