A year ago, the province began in the cities of Santa Fe and Rosario with the logistics operation to inoculate to public and private school teachers who worked at the initial level: 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade, and in special schools; as established by the Ministry of Health of the Nation.

On March 3, 2021, the Minister of Education, Adriana Cantero, visited the Physical Education Center No. 29 in the capital city where the vaccination space was available and stated that “Today is a day of celebration for us, a day of great joy because it is a day of hope.”

“Beginning to vaccinate the educational group before the start of classes in order to receive all the students in the province of Santa Fe, I think it also speaks of the effort, commitment and drive of a present State that articulates all areas of government. , at all times, to raise expectations in the care of our population”, emphasized Cantero.

In this sense, the minister was grateful to the different levels of the provincial government that participate, noting: “We are immensely grateful to our Ministry of Health, our Ministry of Social Development and Security, and all those who have put their efforts in this successful mega-vaccination operation, which fills us with hope to re-inhabit schools”

Accompanying the Minister of Education was the Secretary of Health Jorge Prieto, who explained: “We planned to start tomorrow but we decided to bring it forward thinking about the anxiety and the desire that teachers had to adhere to this, which is a federal vaccination program, so we are very happy and very happy to see the expression of each one when they receive their vaccine”.

With the emotion of being the first teacher vaccinated in the device set up in the city of Santa Fe, Marina expressed: “I am very happy, I work at the Sara Faisal school, in primary and secondary school, I am 59 years old and I needed to be vaccinated because I want to continue working”

When asked about how she agreed to her vaccination shift, the teacher indicated that “yesterday I signed up and today I was teaching fifth grade and I told my students that I was going to check my cell phone just in case and when it rang they I said sorry, and when they started to listen to the conversation, everyone was clapping.”

The vaccination plan

The mega vaccination operation for school personnel, arranged for the city of Rosario, was carried out in Shed 13. A structure created to serve all teachers quickly, efficiently and humanely. a strategic space not only because of its dimensions but also because of its location, access and logistics development possibilities.

The entire process, including the ten minute post-vaccination wait, took a total of 25 minutes.

The vaccination procedure provided for entry to the property for which there are different accesses.
