One WhatsApp Account on Many Devices, Can Be Together on HP and Tablet

JawaPos.com – Multi-device capability in WhatsApp is one of the most anticipated features. With the presence of this feature, users can more freely use one WhatsApp account on many devices at the same time without any hassles.

The good news is that it is said to have started rolling out multi-device or multi-device features for beta testers on Android and iOS. They are currently developing a second version of the multi-device feature that allows users to use one WhatsApp account on two phones or tablets simultaneously, at the same time.

With the multi-device feature, WhatsApp users can access their accounts on one phone and four devices via WhatsApp Desktop, Web, or Portal independently, even when the phone is off or not connected to the internet.

Now, with the multi-device 2.0 feature that is rumored to be launching soon, users will be able to access one WhatsApp account on two different phones simultaneously. This feature is one of the features that WhatsApp users have been waiting for for a long time.

As usual, this information was first revealed by WABetaInfo. On the page that often leaks WhatsApp’s new features, it appears that the screen display of the Beta version of the WhatsApp application that is being tested has better multi-device capabilities.

The screen display shows instructions for registering the device used as a secondary device (a device other than the primary smartphone) by scanning the code from the primary phone. A screenshot of what is supposedly a WhatsApp beta preview shows that different devices can have the ability to sync messages and still be protected by end-to-end encryption as well.

The screen above, coupled with the “Register Device as Companion” which instructs users on how to use WhatsApp on other devices, adds to the evidence that this feature is being developed by WhatsApp.

Both screens are found on the Android version of the WhatsApp application. That means, the feature will support chat on a secondary device or tablet. But unfortunately, for now it is still unclear whether this feature will also be available on the iOS version of WhatsApp and when it will be released for sure. Let’s just wait.
