The new infections since the last report are divided among the federal states of Austria as follows: Burgenland: 3, Carinthia: 4, Lower Austria: 11, Upper Austria: 24, Salzburg: minus 9, Styria: 10, Tyrol: 8, Vorarlberg: 1 and Vienna : 32.
The negative value in Salzburg is due to a data cleansing of the state. This resulted in a reduction compared to Sunday in the “total number of confirmed cases”, the “total number of deaths” and the “total number of recovered cases”.
