The billionaire and politician is dead, 69 years old.
French billionaire and politician Olivier Dassault has died in a helicopter crash, reports the news agency AFP.
The helicopter crashed in the town of Touques in Normandy, writes The Parisian. The pilot also died. No more passengers have been reported.
According to Forbes was Dassualt’s 361st richest person in the world, and good for over 60 billion kroner. He also sat in France’s National Assembly.
Dassault was one of industrialist and billionaire Serge Dassault’s four children, who inherited his father’s enormous fortune in 2018. – During his life he never stopped serving our country to strengthen its assets. His sudden death is a great loss. The thoughts go to the family and loved ones, Macron writes.
