It went very wrong on Saturday evening on the Oldenzaalsestraat in Hengelo. A young cyclist was hit by a motorist while crossing the road. This happened near the Tinq gas station. The victim’s bicycle ended up several meters away. The police, fire brigade and ambulance were called. A German trauma doctor was also flown to the incident.
