Officer injured in riots in Schilderswijk after World Cup match in Morocco

THE HAGUE – The atmosphere at Schilderswijk in The Hague was grim for some time on Thursday night following Morocco’s World Cup victory. Hundreds of people stood and heavy fireworks were set off. The police, present en masse, arrested six people. Calm was restored around 8pm. One officer was injured in the riots.
