OFC (Sat) and Sporting Krommenie (Sat) lost their match in the playoffs yesterday and will therefore play a level lower next season.
OFC (sat) was not involved in the 2nd round of the 3rd/4th class after competition at the strong Real Sranang. The Oostzaners lost 5-1 to the team from Amsterdam, who can prepare for the final round. OFC (sat) will be the club’s new flagship in the 4th class.
For Sp. Krommenie (sat), after the win in the 1st round, the final of the 4th / 5th class playoffs was already on the program. At the neutral site of Kadoelen, GeuzenMiddenmeer was just 2-1 too strong, which means that Sporting is relegated to the 5th division and the team from Amsterdam remains in the 4th division.
Due to these results, all Zaanse Saturday teams have finished in the playoffs and only the Sunday teams of Saenden, Hercules Zaandam and RCZ will compete for a place in the 2nd or 3rd division
