NEW YORK — New York City Council Speaker Adrienne Adams will deliver a State of the City address on Wednesday.
The event will take place at the Sonia Sotomayor Houses of Justice and Community Center in The Bronx.
It is expected that among the points that Adams addresses will be the rates of the city’s subway service and the service of the same.
