A Nvidia announced the launch of the RTX 4070 Ti, new GPUs from the brand to the intermediate segment with a focus on Games at 1440p and frame rates above 100 FPS. THE Video Card comes at a price of US$ 799 (about R$ 4,357 in direct conversion, excluding taxes). The announcement was made on the eve of CES extension 2023, which will take place again in Las Vegas starting January 5, with face-to-face coverage of the TechAll.
One of the major differentiators of Nvidia’s new GPU is support for DLSS 3.0, which promises to improve card performance through deep learning, being the latest version of the feature exclusive to Nvidia’s RTX family cards. Also, there is support for Ray tracing. The RTX 4070 Ti should be an attractive option for competitive gaming.
The RTX 4070 Ti comes with 7,680 CUDA cores and 12GB of VRAM in the model GDDR6X, which is one of the most advanced in the GPU segment today. OR TDP it’s 285W, which is well below the other cards in the RTX 4000 line – being an indication that the new GPU may be more efficient, not requiring as much energy as other models in the series, known for their high consumption.
The new Nvidia card that arrives on the US market from January 5 and still does not have an official price or date for arrival in the Brazilian market. The RTX 4070 Ti has everything to be a highly sought after model in the domestic market, given its proposal.
New laptop boards
Nvidia also took advantage of its CES 2023 presentation to announce 4000-series cards for laptops. The RTX 4050 tends to be an “entry” option in the line, moving up the intermediate RTX 4060 and RTX 4070 and reaching the top of the line RTX 4080 and RTX 4090. The manufacturer mentioned the notebooks that will receive the new GPUs, highlighting the Dell Alienware x16 which will be released in the United States in February with a starting price of US$ 2,000 (approximately R$ 10,929, excluding taxes).
