Nuno Espírito Santo fired Tottenham Hotspur. Nuno is the fastest Spurs manager to be sacked in the club’s history.
Reported from Sky Sports, Tottenham Hotspur officially sacked manager Nuno Espirito Santo on Monday (1/11). The man from Portugal was considered to have failed to give his best.
“I know how much Nuno and his coaching staff want to be successful. I regret that we have to take this decision,” said Tottenham sporting director Fabio Paratici.
“Nuno is a real gentleman and will always be welcome here. We would like to thank him and his coaching staff and wish them all the best for their future.”

Nuno Espírito Santo also listed himself as the fastest manager to be sacked in the club’s history Tottenham Hotspur!
Nuno Santo has only 10 times accompanied the Spurs to compete in Premier League. That’s one game longer than Jacques Santini’s 11 in 2004.
The other record holders for Spurs’ fastest sacked managers are Tim Sherwood (22 games), Christian Gross (26 games) and Juande Ramos (35 games).
Tottenham Hotspur actually had a good time, sweeping the first three games with a win. But after that, the inconsistency came.
Until the 10th week, the Spurs entrenched in eighth place with 15 points from 10 matches. Nuno Espírito Santo himself recorded only 125 days occupied the chair of The Lilywhites manager.
