Several hospitals in the province – especially in the city of Antwerp – saw the number of corona patients increase in the past week. “We are seeing a slow increase in the number of admissions and, over the past three days, a fairly sudden increase in intensive care,” says Kristiaan Deckers, chief physician of the GZA. “That worries us.”
