Ms. Feller, you started out as Minister of Education with a lot of advance praise as the district president of Münster. How did the experiences and also the mishaps of the first year change your vision for the schools in NRW?
Dorothy Feller: Even as district president, it was clear to me that we faced major challenges in the education system. But, quite honestly, if you spend a year dealing mainly with school issues and can look deeper and deeper into the education system, you are surprised at the magnitude of the challenges that arise.
