Jakarta, Selular.ID – As a smartphone at a price of Rp. 3 million, the A95 is a reliable medium series. This is evidenced by showing the quality of the A95 at the Oppo A95 Quality Teardown & O-elite Certification event which took place at Oppo Service ITC Roxy Mas, Central Jakarta.
Oppo shows the quality of the A95 by carrying out a device disassembly session, to show component parts. This unloading session was carried out by a female technician, Ayu.
According to Aryo Meidianto, A PR Manager for Oppo Indonesia, Ayu is not an ordinary technician, Aryo said, Ayu is a certified technician.
“This aims to provide an overview of the readiness of support from Oppo’s after-sales service with technicians. Certified reliable technicians,” said Aryo, in Jakarta, (20/12/21).
According to Aryo, certification is very much needed so that when disassembling the device it can avoid failure, which causes permanent damage.
Self-certification is routinely carried out by the Oppo service center, especially for technicians and service assistants. This activity is carried out every 6 months, to produce various levels of certification.
“This can be seen in the technician’s name, which has an asterisk, for example 1 star or 2 star both have the same responsibility,” said Aryo.
Every certification activity is monitored directly by Oppo’s central factory in Dongguan, China. The testers from the Oppo factory in China will monitor the certification process online including talking directly with the participants, through interview sessions.
In Indonesia, this program is held centrally, several technicians and service assistants are selected from various regions and meet in Jakarta.
This is done by the Oppo service center to give confidence to consumers, in dealing with every problem with Oppo devices, including the Oppo A95.
Then how to disassemble the device?
With skillful hands, Ayu technicians disassembled the A95 device, this is to prove that the A95 is worthy of being bought by consumers. Moreover, the A95 is recommended as a Christmas and New Year’s gift choice.
Oppo A95 is supported by IPX4 certification which makes it splash-proof normally. Oppo glow, made the A95 tested through wear resistance testing, the back of the device was rubbed with various materials such as steel, rubber and flannel to simulate the device when placed in a trouser pocket, making the A95 scratch resistant.
Then the core heat test, is a test by burning the inner layer of the fire -resistant back cover, to ensure it is not flammable,
Then the charging safety test is an advanced test of charging safety using software, which can automatically stop charging when it reaches a certain temperature.
The UV radiation test places the A95 device under UV light for 96 hours, to ensure the back cover does not change color when used for a long time.
The Oppo A95 is supported by qualified specifications, such as the 48MP Triple Camera on the back of the device. While the front camera with a capacity of 16MP.
For the selfie camera, it has a 16MP resolution which is also equipped with an improved selfie camera, making photos look more vivid and clear.
