Moms and Dads can avoid dangerous things that will trigger cancer.
“The important thing is to live a healthy life, which means we put aside harmful substances that cause cancer,” said dr. Deni.
dr. Denni gave an example that children should avoid the dangers of cigarette smoke.
Many have proven that cigarette smoke often puts children at risk for cancer.
“For example, children must avoid and avoid cigarette smoke,” he continued.
Not only that, dr. Denni asked that the children keep moving actively.
Where your little one can do whatever activity they like, especially physical activity such as exercising.
Also make sure your child eats healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables.
To protect yourself so that your child avoids cancer, make sure your child has a balanced diet.
Maintain a healthy ideal body weight to lower the risk of various types of cancer.
Make sure your child always gets enough rest.
Never allow children to sleep too late which causes the immunity in the body to decrease so they are at risk of various diseases, including cancer.
The last one, dr. Denni suggested that parents can control and manage stress in children to prevent cancer.
“Diligent activities, balanced diet, adequate rest and indeed children need to manage stress so that it does not become a cancer triggering factor,” said dr. Deni.
