Advisors to the leaders of the Normandy Four without Ukraine met in Moscow

Advisers to the leaders of Germany, France and Russia are holding talks in Moscow on an “internal Ukrainian settlement”, Russian media write.

A meeting of advisers to the leaders of Germany, France and Russia has begun in Moscow, where they will discuss the situation in Donbass and near the Ukrainian border. About it informs RIA Novosti on Thursday, January 6.

According to the agency, the deputy head of the Russian presidential administration Dmitry Kozak is negotiating an alleged “internal Ukrainian settlement” with foreign policy advisers to the leaders of Germany and France Jens Pletner and Emmanuel Bonn.

In turn, representatives of Ukraine were not invited to the meeting.

Nonetheless, Pletner and Bonn scheduled a meeting with the Ukrainian representative after the talks in Moscow.

Recall that at the end of December it became known that Germany and Russia agreed to a meeting on Ukraine… Then the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Ermak held talks with Norman advisers… Political advisers to the leaders of Germany and France held a telephone conversation with their Ukrainian counterpart before their trip to Moscow.
