Searching even more space in the smartphone market, Nokia has been developing affordable models e reformulated to meet different niches. Recently, information emerged that the company intends to launch a new cell phone line formed by two devices with top of the line features: Nokia X60 e X60 Pro.
In addition to specs like 200 MP main camera, 6,000 mAh battery and curved screen, the new devices should have the newly released e quite popular Huawei’s operating system, the HarmonyOS. However, this information has just been pointed out as false by the two companies involved.

The launch of a smartphone with HarmonyOS would certainly be contradictory to the tone of continued commitment that Nokia presents towards Android. Questioned by the Pocket Lint website, the company stated that this agreement remains intact:

We can only wait for the appearance of more news regarding Nokia’s plans for this year. Certainly the new smartphones X60 and X60 Pro will come with Android 11, now that the possibility of HarmonyOS has been ruled out. Other details such as chipset and RAM are still unknown.
