The crisis economic and social activity triggered by the covid pandemic has put a strain on the nerves and pockets of Italians. A success, in short, which came gradually extended to all types of structures receptive, who in that way found benefit to an extent that really went to support their cause. For what it concerns 2021, everything is still very uncertain.

At this point, it’s not yet clear what could happen with regard to 2021, given the persistence of the conditions they have brought to the first measures in this sense. The Government has not yet taken, in this regard a clear position, but has given the task to the municipalities and in any case to the local authorities to be able to decide on their own on how to handle that particular one fee. At this point, new moves are expected from the municipalities.
Italians, therefore, await the decisions of the individual municipalities on the matter. This, to understand if this year they will save the tax on properties which is typically paid when you are in possession more motionless.
