No more tassels. All electric car charging will be paid by April 2020. The date was put forward today by the Minister of the Environment during the launch of the Mobi.e electric car charging network concession tender.
“The contest is launched now. We know that on February 24 will be delivered the proposals that will be appreciated. These types of contests are sometimes litigated, the expectation of the president of Mobi.e is that by Easter there will be adjudication, which means that in June it will be possible that these payments are already being made. But we can’t guarantee that this contest will be done without litigation, ”said João Pedro Matos Fernandes.
“Our expectation is to reach the end of the first semester with the payments to be made, with these posts being well managed by entities that are more able to do it,” said the Minister of Environment and Energy Transition.
The competition will be divided into 11 lots with about 60 posts per lot, each including slow and semi-fast posts. Each competitor may qualify for the number of lots they want to conduct may win a maximum of 3 lots.
The deadline for the international public tender today launched for the submission of proposals is 24 February 2020. The concessions have a duration of 10 years.
